Delete your Dentakit account

This page explains how to delete a Dentakit account, what is deleted, and what we keep and why.

Before you delete

We recommend collecting or cancelling any open orders before deleting the account. Remaining loyalty points cannot be used after the account is closed.

Inside the app

• Open the app and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Delete account and confirm.
• The account is closed at once and you can no longer sign in to it.

By email

• Email support@dentakit.app with the subject "Delete account" and the registered phone number.
• We check that the number is yours, delete the account within 7 working days, and send you a confirmation.

What is deleted

• Saved addresses.
• The kits you created, your favourites and your cart.
• Ask Dentakit conversations and their photos. A support request sent to the branch from one stays with support requests, with the copy of the conversation removed from it.
• In-app notifications and the notification tokens linked to your devices.
• Search terms, offer views and delivery coverage checks.
• All sign-in sessions end, and the account is closed permanently.

What we keep, and why

• Orders, invoices and the messages related to them, with the name and phone number linked to them: to meet the tax and accounting obligations of Egyptian law and to settle any dispute about an order.
• Sign-in and security logs: to protect the service and prevent misuse.
• Ratings, support requests and the loyalty points record: for service quality and to handle any complaint or dispute.

This data is never shown to other users. Only the relevant members of the Dentakit team can access it, when needed.

Periods

• Orders and invoices: five years from the order date.
• Order chats: 12 months from the order date.
• Sign-in and security logs: sign-in codes 30 days; sign-in sessions 30 days after they end; security logs 24 months.
• Ratings: five years from the order date, with the order record.
• Support requests and attached photos: 24 months after the request or session is closed.
• Loyalty points record: kept with order records.

When these periods end, we delete the data or make it no longer identifiable.
