Acceptance
By using the Dentakit app you agree to these terms. The app is intended for dentists, clinics, dental labs and dental students.
Account
You sign in with your phone number and a verification code. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts in case of misuse.
Products and prices
Products are listed on behalf of independent suppliers; each product shows its supplier and price. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and may change before an order is confirmed. The binding price is the one shown at confirmation.
Orders
An order is confirmed once completed in the app. An item may become unavailable after confirmation; we will notify you and you may accept a substitute or remove the item at no cost. You can cancel an order as long as preparation has not started.
Payment
Payment is in cash on delivery. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm.
Liability
Dentakit is an intermediary between buyer and supplier; the supplier remains responsible for product quality, validity and conformity. We work to vet suppliers and to resolve complaints.
Intellectual property
The app content and the Dentakit brand belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
