Delivery area
We currently deliver within defined zones in Alexandria. When you set an address, the app shows whether it is inside the delivery area and the fee.
Delivery times
Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off are delivered the same day whenever possible, otherwise on the next working day. You can track the order status live in the app.
Handover
Orders are delivered to the given address to the account holder or their representative. Please check the order on receipt and report any shortage or damage immediately through support.
Delivery fees
Fees depend on the zone and are shown before you confirm the order.
