Unavailable items
If an item cannot be supplied after confirmation, it is removed from the order and not charged, or you may accept a substitute offered at its own price.
Damaged or non-conforming products
Report within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product. After verification with the supplier, the product is replaced or refunded.
Exchanges and returns
Consumable dental materials and sterilisation products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Equipment and instruments may be returned within 14 days in their original condition and complete packaging.
Refund method
Refunds are issued through an appropriate method within 7 working days of approval.
